Water and Sanitation Health and Exchange Programme (WASH)
Through an MOU and support from The International Network of Basin Organizations-FRANCE (TWINBASIN X) towards funding for the project Promoting twinning of River Basins for Developing Integrated Water Resources Management Practices, communities from Uganda and Kenya were able to learn about water and sanitation through a cross-border exchange programme.
